The Problem

Is your supply chain holding you back?

Networks with thousands of SKUs almost always pay for stockouts and overstock at the same time.

20–40%

Cash frozen in overstock

Typically a fifth to almost half of stock is excess — already paid to suppliers, not selling, not funding growth.

up to 12–20%

Sales lost to empty shelves

A shopper who meets a gap twice doesn’t complain — they switch, taking years of purchases with them.

~2 h/day

Manual ordering

Per location, every day — each person with their own habits. Fast movers over-bought, slow movers forgotten, no central control.

The Answer

You don’t need better forecasts.
You need control of the flow.

Horizon responds to real inventory adequacy per SKU and location — like an autopilot. Here is what that is worth for a typical 100-location chain:

Per year, whole chainPessimisticOptimistic
Sales increase+1.5%+5.6%
Overstock reduction−10% · $730k freed−23% · $1.75M freed

Where Horizon comes from

20 years of inventory-management evolution

Our roots go back to 2004. Since 2005, our founder has worked within the Inherent Simplicity / Symphony and Theory of Constraints ecosystem — implementing inventory and production management systems and working directly with people developing the methodology.

Years of real implementations showed both what worked and where existing methods reached their limits. Horizon grew from solving those limitations and turning that experience into a new generation of inventory-flow control technologies.
